As your proud Southern Regional Director, it brings me great pleasure to extend a heartfelt invitation to you for the upcoming Southern Regional Undergraduate Leadership Retreat, where we will come together to Embrace Extraordinary Leadership and strengthen the bonds that make our sisterhood truly remarkable.

Our Undergraduate leadership has planned an exciting retreat themed  The PATH: Progressive Advancement Training Holistic Extraordinary Leaders. This retreat promises to be an enriching experience filled with engaging workshops, thought-provoking discussions, and opportunities for personal and collective growth. As we gather at Dillard University in the Big Easy, we aim to create an environment where we can learn from one another, share our experiences, and celebrate the unique leadership qualities that make our region fervent and strong. 

Your presence at the Southern Regional Undergraduate Leadership Retreat is not only valued but essential in contributing to the success of this event. Together, we will strengthen our bonds, share knowledge, and leave inspired to lead with renewed passion and purpose.

On behalf of the “Mighty” Southern Region, I bring you greetings. I am ecstatic to announce that the upcoming Undergraduate Leadership Retreat will be hosted by the Alpha Beta Chapter, at the illustrious Dillard University.   

This year’s theme is The PATH: Progressive Advancement Training Holistic Extraordinary Leaders. At this upcoming Undergraduate Leadership Retreat, we will focus on embodying what it truly means to Embrace Extraordinary Leadership and continuing a legacy of exhibiting Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood - all which started with five extraordinary undergraduate leaders: our Founders, Arizona Cleaver Stemons, Pearl Anna Neal, Myrtle Tyler Faithful, Viola Tyler Goings, and Fannie Pettie Watts. 

As undergraduates, it is important that we continue to sharpen our skills and increase our knowledge by engaging in workshops and fellowshipping with one another  to continue to strive for excellence and to be EXTRAORDINARY in ALL that we do. As our beloved Past International Grand always says “ A good Zeta is a well informed Zeta.” Therefore, I cordially send a BIG WELCOME to  ALL Southern Region Undergraduates - from the great states of Louisiana and Texas - to register and attend our annual Undergraduate Leadership Retreat!
